YachtConnect
Ltd. adheres to, and stands behind, rigorous practices and
policies in undertaking offering of Wireless Internet Access.
Nevertheless, if for any reason a subscriber is not completely
satisfied with YachtConnect’s network services, the
subscriber may request that YachtConnect terminate his/hers
account within seven (7) days of subscribing and provide the
subscriber with a refund. Following the initial seven (7) days
period, a subscriber may request that YachtConnect Ltd.
terminate his/hers account and provide a refund if
YachtConnect Ltd. has been unable to deliver the service
subscribed for.
Excluded from
refund is:
1) accounts that
has already been activated where the full credit, or major
part of this, has already been used (where connection to our
networks and download/upload of data to the internet has been
performed)
2) accounts with
connection problems and deficiency in performance caused in
whole or in part by the act or omission of an underlying
carrier or service provider, dealer, equipment or facility
failure, network problems, interference, lack of coverage or
network capacity, acts of God, strikes, fire, war, terrorism,
riot, emergency, government actions or any other cause beyond
our control.
3) accounts with
connection problems and deficiency in performance caused in
whole or in part by faulty equipment used/provided by the
subscriber
4) accounts
terminated by YachtConnect due to a breach of YachtConnect’s
Terms and Conditions
If refund is
deemed appropriate, YachtConnect Ltd. will promptly credit the
subscriber's credit card account for the full amount of the
applicable plan charge paid.

This refund policy is not an exclusive remedy and does not
limit other remedies that may be available to subscribers.
